*Basic Black Cardstock layer 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 adhere the Basic White Cardstock to this layer with Stampin Dimensionals leaving a small border to the left and right after adhering the white scallop from the Penned Flowers Dies to the bottom of the Basic White layer 


*Basic White Cardstock layer 4 1/4 x 3 stamp the rectangle image from the Textures & Frames Stamp Set in this layer through the middle of the panel following the order shown. 


* note- the colors are listed in the supply list


* use the Black Stampin Write Marker to flick black ink onto the Basic White layer 



*adhere the hugs Die cut from the Layering Hugs Dies over the center of the Basic White layer 



*Basic White inside layer 4 x 5 1/4 stamped with the sentiments from the Lighthearted Lines Stamp Set in the colors listed in the supply list as shown above
